The Plan sets out a vision for the future of the area and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally. Eastbourne Land Availability Assessment - Call for Sites and Methodology Consultation

The Land Availability Assessment (LAA) previously known as the Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (SHELAA) is an evidence document that identifies and assesses potential sites to support future development. This 'Call for Sites' invites submissions of sites for consideration and assessment in the LAA. As well as sites for housing and employment uses, we are seeking submission of sites with potential for other uses such as renewable energy generation and green infrastructure. We are also inviting comments on the Methodology for undertaking the LAA, including the criteria against which sites will be assessed.

Lewes District CIL Expression of Interest Round 2022

The Community Infrastructure Levy is open yearly for Infrastructure Providers to Bid for funds. This Expression of Interest Round is to allow providers to send in basic details for their project which are then assessed to determine they meet regulatory requirements. If the project does meet they requirements of the CIL Regulations they are then invited to make a full Bid for funds from the Strategic, Local, Community or Small Community Projects Pots.
